Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I just hired Richard from Houston Junk Disposal, and he was able to come out on the same day! I live in Pine Brook and had a couch that I needed to throw out from the 2nd floor. I called and spoke with Richard, who was able to fit me in later that day. When they arrived, Richard and his sister Taylor did a fantastic job figuring out how to disassemble the couch, and then threw each section away, while being very careful not to hit any walls or dirty the carpets on the way. They were professional, polite, prompt, and reasonably-priced. Apparently this is a company he started on his own, at the age of 19 yo. He definitely has a bright future ahead of him, if this is how he continues to conduct his business. If I have anything else I need to dispose of, I will be calling Richard. I highly recommend this company for your disposal needs!
One final positive is that Richard apparently tries to see if the things he hauls away are able to be donated, which I think is wonderful. Unfortunately, my couch was too damaged, so it had to go in the dumpster. But I appreciated Richard putting that extra thought into trying to reduce landfill waste!
